Lifetime Service
You may have your Paris Jewellers diamond ring cleaned and inspected as many times as you wish, free of charge for as long as you own it. We ensure your diamond ring is properly sized when you purchase it. Should you require resizing at any time within two sizes, it will be sized at half of our current sizing fee.
 
For your lifetime: repairs, stone replacement, or service work on your Diamond ring, is eligible for a twenty percent discount. With presentation of your lifetime Diamond Guarantee.
 
Lifetime Trade-up
Paris Jewellers will exchange your original diamond ring towards the purchase of another diamond ring at anytime in your lifetime. A full credit for the original purchase price will be applied to the new purchase which must be double the original purchase price. Your trade-up is applied to regular pricing of your new purchase. A trade-up must be accompanied by a sales receipt and the Paris Jewellers Diamond Guarantee. Your original diamond must be in sound condition. 
 
Lifetime Protection
Paris Jewellers will replace your original diamond(s) free of charge if lost, chipped or cracked  from the original mounting due to manufacture defect. All that is required is that you bring your diamond ring in for complimentary noted inspections semi annually. Recommended repairs must be made at this time.  

ADDED INSURANCE
There are no additional charges for our lifetime Diamond Guarantee. It is absolutely free. If you desire extra insurance  for your jewellery purchases, we suggest that you refer to your insurance agent.
 
FINANCING
Enjoy your jewellery today and do not pay for 1 full year. Financing is available. Complete an application and in approximately 20 minutes you can be approved.
 
30 DAY RETURN POLICY
Feel confident in your purchase with our 30 Day Refund option. Even If your item is Sale Priced or has a Promotional Price, we offer 30 days to refund, exchange or receive store credit. Your jewellery item must be returned in original condition with the sales receipt.
 
Unfortunately Clearance Priced items, Special Orders, Custom Jewellery and Q-Ray are excluded in the 30 Day Return Option.  
 
APPRAISALS
Appraisals are provided upon request. when a lifetime diamond guarantee is issued.
A minimal fee is applied for jewellery not purchased at Paris Jewellers, or jewellery not part of the diamond guarantee.
 
OUR GOLDSMITHS DO JEWELLERY REPAIRS
Yes we do Jewellery Repair. In fact we are one of the very few national jewellery stores that feature our OWN GOLDSMITHS. We avoid contracting out any work. This ensures our goldsmiths are using the appropriate materials, without taking short cuts to save time or money. Paris Associates have a direct link to the goldsmith doing your work. We are very proud of or goldsmith .
 
WATCH REPAIRS
We do offer watch repair service. Please allow for a minimum four - six weeks for service. A $40 deposit is required on all watch repairs. If your watch requires a battery or minor adjustment, we can usually help at our location.
